I have a cartoon in the Summer 2009 issue of Enrichment Journal. According to my records, I submitted on 9-21-06 and then again on 12-06-08 with no bites. Then by mistake, I submitted again on 1-20-09. I try and wait at least 6 months or so before I submit the same cartoon to a publisher. Sometimes mistakes pay off. They purchased it the third time around.
